It is an 8-week evidenced-based group exercise program delivered by our trained Brantford team, including registered physiotherapists. Partners, spouses, and caregivers are also welcome to join with prior approval.
The program is available at our Brantford location, located inside the Wayne Gretzky Sports Centre, with flexible scheduling options to fit patients’ needs.
