Performance management is a process in which the attainment of goals is realized by developing a plan of action and prioritizing all the steps necessary to achieve those goals. These goals may be related to sports or may pertain to your daily tasks.

If you are a coach or you lead a sports organization, we recommend having your team participate in Annual Pre-Season Fitness Assessments to analyze an individual’s health status to build a foundation for athletic performance management.

Older patients will benefit from our Coordination, Stability and Fall Risk Assessments, which set the groundwork for the safe performance of day-to-day activities.
