Thomas is a registered Physiotherapist in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association. Thomas graduated with a Master's of Science in Physical Therapy from Queen's University after completing his Kinesiology degree, with distinction, at Wilfrid Laurier University. While at Wilfrid Laurier, he conducted research in spine biomechanics.

He has 7 years of experience in hospital and clinic settings, seeing patients with musculoskeletal, neurological, and cardiorespiratory conditions. Thomas is dedicated to continuing education and has completed courses in spine biomechanics, the McKenzie Method of Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, chronic pain, functional movement, and soft tissue release. He also holds a certification in dry needling and has completed advanced neurodynamics training, expanding his ability to treat complex nerve and soft tissue-related pain.

Outside of the clinic, he spends plenty of time outdoors. Winter is his favourite season, as he is a frequent cross-country skier and can also be found downhill skiing. In the summer, he can often be found hiking the Bruce Trail, fishing, or cycling. Additionally, he has spent quite a bit of time travelling around Europe.
