Christina O’Grady is a trained Physiotherapist Assistant, as well as the Operations Assistant at Centreline Physio, Sports & Wellness Inc. Christina received her training at Mohawk College and continues to take courses to stay current with industry changes, clinical practice and to expand her knowledge base.

With over 17 years of experience as a physiotherapist assistant, Christina proficiently assists our regulated healthcare professionals in providing hands-on treatment, modality application and assigned therapeutic exercise and education programs. She has spent the majority of her career working with physiotherapists to aid patients recovering from surgical procedures, cardiac rehab and rehabilitate orthopaedic injuries & conditions.

Outside of work Christina enjoys raising her two young children and spending time with her family.
