- Hot Stone Massage
- Hot Stone Massage is a relaxing and therapeutic massage performed using hot and cold basalt stones, a type of volcanic rock that retains heat. The smooth, flat stones are placed on specific parts of your body and/or used as an extension of the hands while performing Swedish massage techniques. The temperature of the stones is adjusted to exactly what works and feels best for the client. This treatment is just what is needed to achieve peak relaxation while also relieving you of all tension and stress.
- Indian Head Massage
- Indian Head Massage also known as Champi, is a traditional and effective form of massage. This treatment focuses on the back, shoulders, neck, and scalp. This incredible treatment is amazing for relieving fatigue, relieving headache and migraine pain, renewing your balance and energy levels, stimulating your lymphatic system and increasing circulation and blood flow to the head and brain. Essential oil blends may be integrated, which are also highly nourishing for the hair.
- Swedish/Relaxation Massage
- Swedish Massage is one of the most common forms of massage performed. It involves long, gliding strokes, and circular movements with light to firm pressure. Swedish Massage can be adapted to full body or target specific problem areas on the body. It has a variety of benefits including increased circulation, increased range of motion, decrease of swelling in the joints, relieve pain from stress or injuries and daily improvements in your overall health. Relaxation massage can be performed my all our massage providers, however, if you prefer a more deep, targeted massage, then we direct you to our Registered Massage Therapy services.
